I probably liked “Secret Invasion” more than most (the backlash has been over-the-top in its loathing). It wasn’t flashy, but I think that’s why it worked for me. The MCU needs more quiet interludes.

Shoutout to the fantastic theme song by Kris Bowers too. It got stuck in my head every time I watched an episode.
