This was fun. Familiar, but fun.

Felt like I was watching the first five seasons of “Smallville” compressed into one two hour film. But with a little King Arthur thrown in too considering Orion Pax isn’t Kal-El … yet. Not without his purity ring accessory (sold separately) guarded by the Force spirits of past Prime royalty.

I guess The Last Knight’s dabbling in Arthurian legend really stuck. At least in Michael Bay’s mind since he earns a producer credit here as well as some continuity with his infamous transformation sound effect.

Sorry, Hasbro. Transformers are officially a Bay property now. And Transformers One is sonically Bay canon.
